Founded in 2005, Figs & Ginger is a woman-owned jewelry, lifestyle, and experience studio rooted in storytelling, sustainability, and sentiment. From our cozy sunlit studio in Providence, Rhode Island, we create nature-inspired jewelry, home goods and hands-on creative workshops designed to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.

What began as a tiny collection of woodland-themed jewelry has grown into a beloved brand known for its heirloom-quality pieces, especially our Original Nestling Bird Mother’s Necklace, a best-seller since 2007. Designed by artist and metalsmith Rhonda Dudek, our jewelry is handcrafted with eco-friendly methods and materials, always with intention and care.

Over the years, Figs & Ginger has evolved into more than just a jewelry line. We now offer Wedding Goods, DIY Kits, Business Services, and most recently, Studio Experiences. Guests can forge their own rings, craft floral keepsakes, or gather with friends under twinkling lights for one-of-a-kind workshops. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or simply craving a moment of magic, we invite you to slow down, make something meaningful, and leave with a memory.

Every piece we create and every event we host is an invitation to connect with nature, with creativity, and with the people we like most.

What We Do at Figs & Ginger:

Our Green Values

We care deeply—for the planet, our bodies, and our community. Sustainability has guided our studio since day one. Here’s how:

  • Minimum 50% recycled or reclaimed silver and gold in cast items

  • 100% recycled sterling silver for all sheet and wire

  • Non-toxic studio methods using citric acid pickle and biodegradable flux

  • Packaging made from at least 90% recycled materials, 50% post-consumer

  • Print materials on 80–100% post-consumer recycled paper, often from hydro-powered mills with soy-based inks

  • Daily recycling and reusing in our studio practices

Sustainability isn’t an afterthought—it’s woven into everything we do.
