Rhonda Dudek is the founder of Willowworth Consulting and a seasoned creative business strategist with over two decades of hands-on experience building and scaling successful brands.

Her career began as a metalsmith and designer, launching a sustainable jewelry line that grew from a small kitchen table project into a nationally recognized brand. Rhonda’s work has been sold in more than 200 brick-and-mortar stores and featured by major retailers including Anthropologie, ModCloth, Uncommon Goods, Whole Foods, and Newbury Comics. She has also earned industry recognition, including Rhode Island Monthly’s Best of Award for “Stunning & Sustainable Jewelry” (2024) and the Belk Southern Design Award (2014).

Throughout her 20-year journey, Rhonda has mastered the balance between creativity and business strategy. Her expertise spans product development, e-commerce, wholesale growth, marketing strategy, visual merchandising, and event planning. She has designed and led workshops, corporate events, and high-performing holiday sales campaigns — always with an eye toward results and sustainability.
