While USPS is generally reliable, delivery times can vary. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, transit speed and handling are out of our control. We always do our best to assist if an issue arises.

  • If the package is lost in transit, we will replace it

  • Delivery can take several weeks depending on destination

  • Packages may take 6+ weeks to arrive, especially to Canada & Australia
